Amends section 48729 of Michigan PA 451 to add an exemption allowing charter fishing guides to transport and possess minnows, wigglers, and crayfish for client use without an additional permit or license if purchased from a licensed wholesale or retail outlet.

Requires charter fishing guides who purchase and provide live bait to clients to retain and present receipts showing quantity purchased and the selling establishment upon request of a peace officer.

Prohibits charter fishing guides from selling or furnishing minnows, wigglers, or crayfish for purposes outside of client fishing trips without first obtaining a required license under section 48732.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
