Legislative Description
Insurance; insurers; persons authorized to sell health benefits; modify, and eliminate restriction for an employee of a health benefit corporation from being licensed as an agent. Amends sec. 3 & 9 of 1986 PA 252 (MCL 550.1003 & 550.1009).
