Increases the threshold for court authorization of irrevocable transfers to minors under the Michigan Uniform Transfers to Minors Act from $10,000 to $50,000.

Allows personal representatives, trustees, and conservators to make irrevocable transfers to custodians for minors' benefit if the transfer is in the minor's best interest and not prohibited by governing instruments.

Requires court authorization only when transfers exceed $50,000 in value, whereas previously court authorization was required for transfers exceeding $10,000.

Changes the language from "pursuant to" to "under" in references to section 13 of the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.
