• Department of Health and Human Services shall develop and implement a centralized juvenile justice data sharing system.

• The system must be adequately and sustainably funded by the state.

• System shall utilize the United States Department of Justice's justice data collection and sharing standards and architecture, in partnership with juvenile court administrators and stakeholders.

• State court administrative office must explore a partnership with the Michigan statistical analysis center at Michigan State University.

• Act takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
