Adds 3-D printed firearms to the list of weapons prohibited under Michigan Penal Code Section 224, making manufacture, sale, offer for sale, or possession a felony.

Defines "3-D printed firearm" as either a complete firearm or any component of a firearm created using 3-D printing technology.

Defines "3-D printing" as the conversion of digital files into 3-dimensional objects by continuously layering thin sheets of material.

Violators face felony charges punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $2,500, or both.

Exempts licensed federal manufacturers and those manufacturing firearms under U.S. government contract from the prohibition.
