Proposes a competitive, criteria-based grant program to fund capital improvements (signage, kayak racks, restrooms, accessible launches, pavilions), marketing materials, water safety programs, and support for the michiganwatertrails.org website

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Director of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and members of the Natural Resources Commission
