Condemns state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in China, noting that organ transplants in China far exceed official government statistics and primarily target Falun Gong practitioners.

Calls on the Chinese government and Communist Party to immediately cease organ harvesting from all prisoners of conscience and end the 18-year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Urges the President to conduct a full investigation by the Department of State into Chinese organ transplant practices and establish barriers to prevent U.S. citizens from obtaining these organs.

Encourages the U.S. medical community to raise awareness of unethical organ transplant practices in China, as U.S. patients continue traveling to China for transplants and American medical professionals cooperate with Chinese counterparts.

Directs that copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President, Department of State, Michigan's congressional delegation, and the American Medical Association.
