Creates a House select committee consisting of three members: the Chair of the Committee on Oversight, the Chair of the Committee on Local Government, and one House Republican Caucus member licensed to practice law in a Macomb County district (excluding Macomb Township), appointed by the Speaker

Authorizes the select committee to investigate Trustee Dino F. Bucci, Jr., who was indicted in November 2017 on 18 counts including conspiracy, bribery, theft, extortion, mail fraud, and money laundering

Grants the committee authority to subpoena witnesses, administer oaths, examine books and records, call on state agencies and personnel, and engage additional assistance as needed

Directs the select committee to report findings and recommendations to the House, including possible articles of impeachment

Requires Trustee Bucci be served with a copy of the resolution and given reasonable opportunity to appear before the committee with legal counsel; committee members serve without compensation but receive actual and necessary expenses
