Honors Representative Edward Canfield upon completion of his four-year tenure representing the 84th District in Huron and Tuscola counties in the Michigan House of Representatives.

Recognizes Canfield's background as a board-certified osteopathic family physician, U.S. Navy veteran, and past president of the Michigan Osteopathic Association and Eastern Michigan Osteopathic Association.

Commends his legislative work on the Joint Select Committee on the Flint Water Emergency, healthcare expansion in rural areas, and fiscal responsibility as chair of the Appropriations Subcommittees on Health and Human Services and Transportation.
