House Resolution honoring Representative Jim Tedder upon his retirement from the Michigan House of Representatives after four years of service representing the Forty-third District.

Tedder joined the Legislature in 2015 with experience as a business owner (Jim Tedder Productions since 1987), public school teacher, coach, and six-year lecturer at Oakland University; holds bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and master's degree from Oakland University.

Served as Chair of the Committee on Tax Policy and vice chair of the Health Policy Committee and Workforce and Talent Development Committee; worked on tax reduction, business growth promotion, and healthcare facility reform.

Held leadership positions in multiple civic organizations including Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce, Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce, and Clarkston Rotary Club; served as Associate Speaker Pro Tempore for the past two years.

Directs transmission of the resolution to Representative Tedder as evidence of the House's gratitude for his legislative contributions.
