State administrative board shall convey state-owned property in Marquette County, Michigan to Northern Michigan University by quitclaim deed for $1.00.

Property must be used exclusively by Northern Michigan University for forensic anthropology studies and directly related activities, with use restrictions that do not interfere with adjacent Department of Corrections facilities.

Northern Michigan University cannot convey or sell the property to any person other than the state; if oil, gas, or minerals are developed on the property, the university must pay the state 50% of gross revenue.

State reserves all aboriginal antiquities including mounds, earthworks, burial sites, and relics on the property with right to enter for exploration and excavation.

If the property violates use restrictions, the grantee must reconvey it to the state or the state may reenter and repossess the property; the state has no liability for improvements or unfulfilled contracts upon repossession.
