Maintains vehicle height limit of 13 feet 6 inches and makes vehicle owners liable for all damage from collisions with bridges regardless of posted clearance.

Retractable load support extensions that do not exceed allowable overhang limits are excluded from vehicle length calculations.

Effective date of February 19, 2018, with civil infraction penalties for violations.
