Amends the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to modify penalties for violations related to wildlife possession and taking, particularly regarding importation of cervid carcasses from other states or provinces.

Establishes new subsection (17) making it a misdemeanor to import cervid carcasses or parts (except specified items like hides, deboned meat, and cleaned antlers) with penalties of up to 90 days imprisonment or $500-$2,000 fine.

Renumbers former subsection (17) as subsection (18) and increases penalties for repeat offenders with 2 prior convictions within 5 years to 10-180 days imprisonment and $500-$2,000 fine.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, changing "shall" to "must" and updating references from "pursuant to" to "under" for consistency.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
