Amends Michigan's criminal procedure sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.11b) to add 32 felonies related to identification documents, firearms, fireworks, false reports, and sex/child offender registration violations to the sentencing guidelines framework.

Adds crimes including unauthorized disclosure of LEIN information, false statements on state ID and enhanced driver license applications, counterfeiting state ID cards, and unlawful pistol permits with statutory maximum sentences ranging from 2 to 15 years.

Includes registration violations for sex offenders and child abuse offenders with Class D-F felony classifications and statutory maximums of 2-10 years depending on offense number and type.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment only if Senate Bill 263 is also enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
