Prohibits employers from requiring employees to keep their wages confidential as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers or documents that would deny them the right to disclose their wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or discriminating against employees for job advancement based on wage disclosure.

Requires employers to provide wage information for similarly situated employees within 30 days of an employee's request, covering up to 3 years prior to the request date, with employer names redacted but sex and seniority information included.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
