Increases motorcycle endorsement fees effective January 20, 2018: original endorsement from $13.50 to $16.00 and renewal from $5.00 to $7.00.

Allocates $10.00 from each original motorcycle endorsement and $3.00 from each renewal endorsement to a motorcycle safety fund for the safety education program.

Creates a motorcycle safety and education awareness fund within the state treasury, funded by $2.50 from original endorsements and $2.00 from renewals, to support a "look twice—save a life" motorcycle awareness program.

Increases renewal motorcycle endorsement fees by an additional $2.00 from October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, with the additional revenue deposited into the motorcycle safety fund.

Increases motorcycle registration tax from $23.00 to $25.00 effective February 19, 2019, with $5.00 of the fee allocated to the motorcycle safety fund for safety education programs.
