Allows individuals who meet additional training requirements to carry concealed pistols in otherwise prohibited premises by applying for an exemption indorsement on their concealed pistol license.

Requires applicants seeking exemptions to complete at least 8 hours of additional firearms training (beyond standard requirements) that includes both classroom and range instruction with at least 94 additional rounds fired, or be certified firearms instructors.

Establishes streamlined exemption process where county clerks must issue or deny exemption applications within 10 days and send replacement licenses by first-class mail.

Permits exemption holders to carry concealed pistols on school property, child care facilities, sports arenas, bars/taverns, religious institutions, large entertainment venues, hospitals, college dormitories, and public airport property, subject to specific conditions.

Waives additional training requirements for renewal of exemption licenses if applicants certify completion of at least 3 hours of training review, and requires no further verification by county clerks.
