Prohibits on-premises alcoholic beverage licensees from allowing individuals who expose their pubic region, anus, genitals, or other nudity prohibited by law or local ordinance on the licensed premises.

Prohibits on-premises licensees from showing films, television, slides, or other electronic reproductions depicting such nudity on the licensed premises, with an exception for publicly broadcast transmissions from federally licensed stations.

Exempts exhibitions or performances in theaters, concert halls, art centers, museums, or similar establishments primarily devoted to the arts or theatrical performances from these prohibitions.

Establishes the purpose of regulating alcoholic beverage traffic in adult-oriented businesses to prevent adverse secondary effects including crimes, prostitution, disease, drug use, urban blight, and sexual assault.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
