Establishes a new licensure category for "psychological associates" in Michigan, allowing master's-level psychology professionals to practice under supervision.

Creates limited and full licenses for psychological associates: limited licenses require supervision by a psychologist and are valid for 2 years with renewal options; full licenses require 4,000 hours of supervised experience and passage of an approved exam, allowing independent practice without supervision.

Modifies the Michigan Board of Psychology composition from 5 psychologists to 4 psychologists (including at least 1 nondoctoral psychologist or psychological associate) and 4 public members.

Increases licensing fees for psychologists and psychological associates, including application processing fees ($50 to $75), various license types ($15-$101 depending on category), and other licensing-related fees.

Restricts psychological associates from administering psychometric assessments without supervision and countersignature by a fully licensed psychologist; extends confidentiality protections to psychological associate licensees similar to those afforded psychologists.
