Amends Michigan Vehicle Code Section 698 to allow wreckers to use flashing, rotating, or oscillating green lights in addition to red lights when removing or assisting vehicles at accident or disablement scenes.

Changes language in subsections (1) and (2) from mandatory "shall" to permissive "may" regarding side cowl lamps and running board courtesy lamps.

Corrects grammatical formatting from "non-winter" to "nonwinter" and capitalizes "National Guard" in subsection (5)(d) and (f).

Maintains existing restrictions that wrecker warning lights can only be activated when the wrecker is actively engaged in removing or assisting a vehicle at a traffic accident or disablement scene.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
