• Replaces "shall" with "must" throughout juror qualification sections for grammatical consistency without substantive changes to requirements.

• Clarifies definitions for nursing mothers' jury exemptions, including specifics on certified nurse midwives, physicians, and lactation consultants qualified to verify nursing status.

• Takes effect 180 days after enactment, contingent upon Senate Bill 655 of the 99th Legislature being enacted into law.
