Expands the range of felonies covered under Michigan's sentencing guidelines in Chapter XVII of the criminal code from chapters 400-407 to chapters 400-408 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

Adds MCL 408.484 (payment of wages and fringe benefits violations involving required nondisclosure of wages on subsequent violation) as a Class G felony with a statutory maximum of 2 years.

Adds multiple Medicaid fraud offenses to the sentencing guidelines table, including false statements, kickback/referral fees, false claims, and conspiracy violations.

Adds adult foster care violations for operating unlicensed facilities and maintaining operations after licensure refusal.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, conditioned on Senate Bill No. 720 of the 99th Legislature being enacted into law.
