Requires owners/managers of theaters, circuses, athletic grounds, and public entertainment venues to print ticket price and seat number (if applicable) on each ticket in conspicuous type.

Requires printing of any surcharge above box office price on tickets sold at locations other than the box office, along with a statement that tickets may be purchased at box office price without the surcharge.

Repeals previous subsections (2) through (5) that restricted ticket resale markups and established penalties for scalping.

Prohibits use of software designed to circumvent ticket sale safeguards on websites to ensure equitable sales processes.

Prohibits ticket resellers from using domain names or subdomains containing the venue name, event name, or substantially similar names, unless acting on behalf of the venue; violators face misdemeanor charges with up to 93 days imprisonment or $500 fine.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
