• Allows individuals certified as participants in the address confidentiality program to obtain state personal identification cards displaying their designated address instead of their residence address.

• Requires the Secretary of State to issue corrected identification cards to program participants upon notice from the Department of Attorney General, mailed to the designated address.

• Establishes that corrected cards display the designated address and explicitly do not display the residence address for confidentiality and safety purposes.

• Applies to individuals whose address confidentiality program certification is renewed, allowing renewal of identification cards upon payment of the standard renewal fee.
