Requires attending health care personnel to inform individuals who allege criminal sexual conduct within the preceding 120 hours of the availability of a sexual assault medical forensic examination and evidence kit upon hospital presentation.

Mandates that if the individual consents, health care personnel shall perform or have performed the sexual assault medical forensic examination including all procedures required by the evidence kit.

Requires health care personnel to inform the individual of payment provisions for the sexual assault medical forensic examination under MCL 18.355a.

Requires that victims of police sexual misconduct who are informed of sexual assault medical forensic examination availability must be provided a police sexual misconduct incident report form as defined in MCL 752.956a.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon Senate Bill No. 967 of the 99th Legislature being enacted into law.
