Telephone solicitors must state their name and the full name of the organization on whose behalf the call is made at the beginning of each solicitation to a residential subscriber.

Telephone solicitors must provide a telephone number for the organization or person on request and ensure an individual is available to answer that number during all solicitation hours.

Residential telephone subscribers must be offered three explicit options: proceeding with the call, ending the call and being removed from the call list, or ending the call and remaining on the call list.

The individual answering calls to the provided telephone number must provide information describing the organization making the solicitation and details about the telephone solicitation when a residential subscriber calls.

Telephone solicitors are prohibited from intentionally blocking or interfering with caller ID functions so that their phone number is not displayed on the recipient's telephone.
