Amends the Revised School Code to define "college level equivalent course" to include advanced placement, international baccalaureate, and similar postsecondary instruction level courses offered in high school that prepare students for credit examinations.

Defines "college level equivalent credit examination" to include advanced placement, DSST, and College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) examinations administered by independent testing services.

Requires school districts and public school academies to provide all students in grade 8 and above at least annual information about college level equivalent credit examinations, including registration, eligibility, and fee information.

Mandates that student portfolios for high school pupils include all academic records and correspondence related to participation in college level equivalent courses or postsecondary enrollment under the postsecondary enrollment options act.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
