Requires individuals already mandated to report child abuse or neglect under Michigan law to also report credible threats against public or nonpublic schools immediately to law enforcement.

Defines "credible threat" as a verbal or nonverbal threat (including electronic communication) that places individuals in reasonable fear for safety and is made with apparent ability to carry out the threat.

Applies the reporting requirement to all mandatory reporters under the Child Protection Law, 1975 PA 238, MCL 722.623.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
