Amends MCL 777.11b to add 30 specific felonies to Michigan's sentencing guidelines framework under Chapter XVII of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Adds crimes primarily related to identification fraud, firearm regulations, fireworks violations, and sex offender registration failures with statutory maximum sentences ranging from 2 to 15 years.

Includes offenses such as counterfeiting state ID cards, false statements on firearm applications, unlawful concealed carry in prohibited places, and failure to register as a sex offender with varying sentence maximums based on offense severity.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill 1045 of the 99th Legislature is enacted into law, creating a conditional effective date dependent on passage of companion legislation.
