Amends the Public Health Code definition of "marihuana" to exclude industrial hemp grown or cultivated for research purposes under the industrial hemp research act.

Excludes cannabidiol (CBD) with a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis from the definition of marihuana.

Excludes cannabidiol acid (CBDA) with a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis from the definition of marihuana.

Corrects the spelling of "delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol" in the definition of industrial hemp.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
