Amends section 307 of the Michigan Liquor Control Code to modify wine and mixed drink distribution territory requirements for manufacturers, outstate sellers, and master distributors.

Prohibits manufacturers and master distributors from granting the right to sell specified wine brands to more than one wholesaler in the same sales territory, effective June 1, 2010, with limited exceptions for existing multi-wholesaler arrangements.

Requires brand extensions to be assigned to the wholesaler holding the sales territory for the original brand, except for extensions assigned before January 1, 1994 or those acquired after July 1, 1995 under specified conditions.

Allows wholesalers to sell or transfer distribution rights to other wholesalers for brands actively sold on June 1, 2010 or where the predecessor acted as a master distributor on that date.

Act takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 1160 of the 99th Legislature is also enacted; approved by the Governor on December 19, 2018.
