• Changes recreation passport fee revenue distribution: increases state park improvement account allocation from 50% to 75% of remaining revenue after fixed allocations.

• Reduces local public recreation facilities fund allocation from 10% to 15% of remaining revenue (after fixed amounts and state park improvements).

• Adjusts fixed annual allocations for state park improvement account ($10,700,000) and waterways account ($1,030,000) annually based on cumulative Consumer Price Index changes beginning in fiscal year 2011-2012.

• Requires Department of Natural Resources to submit annual reports by February 1 detailing recreation passport fee revenue distribution, usage data, and adequacy of funding for designated purposes.

• Takes effect February 19, 2019, contingent on passage of Senate Bill No. 1258 of the 99th Legislature.
