Honors Senator Darwin L. Booher for his faithful service in the Michigan Senate representing the Thirty-fifth District of the northwest Lower Peninsula.

Recognizes Booher's 40-year banking industry career, lifetime farming, and nearly 30 years owning and operating a small business, plus 28 years as Osceola Township supervisor and assessor.

Credits Booher's eight years in the Senate (first elected 2010) including chairing the Banking and Financial Institutions Committee and serving on Appropriations, Agriculture, Infrastructure Modernization, and Education committees.

Acknowledges his expertise and leadership on state natural resources, recreational opportunities, and Great Lakes policies.

Directs the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to Senator Booher as evidence of gratitude and best wishes.
