Honors Senator Phil Pavlov for his dedication to public service and commitment to improving the lives of constituents in Michigan's Twenty-fifth District.

Recognizes Pavlov's service beginning with the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners in 2002 and three terms in the House of Representatives starting in 2004, where he held leadership positions on Education and Public Employee Health Care Reform committees.
