• Creates a coordinated licensure information system to share adverse actions, investigations, and disciplinary history among party states while protecting confidentiality of investigation records before formal complaints are issued.

• Allows nurses holding a multistate license to practice as registered nurses or licensed practical nurses in Michigan while remaining subject to the practice laws of the state where patient care is delivered.
