Amends Michigan's penal code definition section (MCL 750.157m) to include cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technology in credit card and financial transaction device provisions.

Expands the definition of "financial transaction device" to explicitly include access methods using cryptocurrency or distributed ledger technology, treating them similarly to traditional credit and debit cards.

Adds definitions for "cryptocurrency" (digital currency using encryption techniques operating independently of a central bank) and "distributed ledger technology" (including blockchain protocols with shared, replicated ledgers).

Extends existing credit card fraud and theft statutes to cover offenses involving cryptocurrency and blockchain-based payment systems and accounts.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment (effective date: March 19, 2020).
