Amends MCL 750.174 to include cryptocurrency in the definition of "money or other personal property" for embezzlement offenses.

Establishes tiered penalties for embezzlement based on value: misdemeanor for under $200; enhanced misdemeanor for $200-$999; felony charges for amounts $1,000 and above, with sentences ranging from 5 to 20 years depending on value.

Allows aggregation of embezzled amounts within 12-month periods under a scheme or course of conduct; removes time limit for aggregation when directed against a single entity.

Permits consecutive sentencing for felony embezzlement when victims are nonprofit organizations, charitable organizations, seniors aged 60+, or vulnerable adults.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, with approval date of December 20, 2019 and effective date of March 19, 2020.
