Maintains prohibition on sale of alcoholic liquor between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. daily for on-premises and off-premises licensees, with exceptions allowed by rule of the commission.

Requires a $160.00 annual permit and fee for any licensee selling beer and wine between 7 a.m. and 12 noon on Sunday.

Allows cities, villages, or townships to approve by majority legislative vote a resolution permitting alcoholic liquor sales for on-premises consumption between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.

Authorizes the commission to issue a "late night permit" for on-premises consumption between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. to eligible licensees in jurisdictions that have approved the extended hours resolution, with an initial and annual renewal fee of $250.00.

Specifies that late night permits expire on the same date as the underlying license or permit and may be renewed together.
