Prohibits health insurers in Michigan from denying claims for 90-day refills of maintenance prescription drugs solely because the refill occurs at the end of the calendar year.

Applies to insurers that deliver, issue, or renew health insurance policies with prescription drug coverage in Michigan.

Requires that the refill meets all prior authorization requirements specific to that maintenance drug at the time of the refill request.

Allows the denial restriction only when the insured or enrollee has at least 90 days of remaining coverage.
