Requires health insurance policies delivered, issued, or renewed in Michigan to cover cranial hair prosthesis for individuals under 19 years of age who have cranial hair loss from a medical condition or medical treatment.

Coverage for cranial hair prosthesis must have dollar limits, deductibles, and coinsurance provisions that are no less favorable than those applied to other prosthesis coverage.

Defines "cranial hair prosthesis" to include any human or synthetic substitutes for cranial hair.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to all health insurance policies delivered, issued, amended, or renewed in Michigan or outside Michigan if covering state residents, beginning 90 days after enactment.
