Amends the insurance code to clarify that reimbursement or coverage for chiropractic services under personal protection insurance is not required for services rendered before July 2, 2021, unless those services were included in the definition of chiropractic practice as of January 1, 2009.

Maintains existing exemptions from reimbursement requirements for optometry services not included in the definition of optometry practice as of May 20, 1992.

Maintains existing exemptions from reimbursement requirements for physical therapy services unless provided by a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant under proper supervision and prescription.

Became effective immediately upon Governor approval on July 1, 2020.
