Amends the State Correctional Facility Reimbursement Act to change language from "shall" to "must" for investigation costs to be paid from reimbursements and remaining balance credited to the state general fund.

Authorizes the Department of Treasury to determine amounts due the state under the act and render statements, with sworn statements considered prima facie evidence of amounts due.

Requires the Department of the Attorney General to report annually by March 1 to the House and Senate appropriations subcommittees overseeing the Department of Corrections budget.

Annual reporting must include the total reimbursements received, investigation costs paid from reimbursements, and amounts credited to the general fund.
