Requires health insurers delivering, issuing, or renewing policies in Michigan to cap the total amount an insured must pay for prescription insulin at $100.00 per 30-day supply, regardless of insulin type or quantity needed.

Allows insurers to reduce the cost-sharing cap below $100.00 if they choose to do so.

Applies to health insurance policies delivered, executed, issued, amended, adjusted, or renewed in Michigan, or outside Michigan if covering Michigan residents, beginning 90 days after enactment.
