Extends the sunset date for mental health facility licensing fees from October 1, 2023 to an unspecified future date by amending MCL 330.1139.

Maintains the base license fee of $500.00 plus $10.00 per patient bed for applicants seeking licenses under the Mental Health Code.

Keeps the provisional license fee equal to the standard license fee, with no additional charge when converting to a full license within the same 1-year period.

Retains the construction permit application fee at $300.00.

Provides that denied or revoked licenses and permits result in forfeiture of all fees paid to the department with no refunds.
