Amends Michigan Public Health Code to expand the definition of "emergency service provider" eligible for critical incident stress management (CISM) services to include health professionals licensed under article 15 and individuals employed by or under contract with health facilities or agencies.

Defines critical incident stress management services as programs including precrisis education, stress debriefings, on-scene support, one-on-one support, consultation, and referral services provided by trained CISM team members.

Establishes that critical incident stress management teams must be organized community or local crisis response teams that are members of the Michigan Crisis Response Association Network.

Defines "critical incident stress" as stress or trauma experienced by emergency service providers responding to crisis, disaster, trauma, or emergency events, with symptoms including physical illness, failed coping mechanisms, personality changes, and loss of job functioning.

Takes effect June 1, 2020, with immediate effect ordering.
