Replaces archaic language by changing "shall" to "must" throughout food labeling requirements in Michigan's Food Law.

Prohibits labeling or identifying laboratory-grown meat substitutes as "meat."

Requires meat products using antioxidants to disclose their presence and purpose on labels or adjacent placards.

Requires meat products containing monosodium glutamate or hydrolyzed vegetable protein to disclose these ingredients on labels or adjacent placards.

Maintains existing requirements that meat products named after a single meat species must contain only that meat species, or if multiple meats are named, must contain at least 20% of each type.
