Amends the Sexual Assault Victim's Access to Justice Act to allow law enforcement agencies to send victim information to an address designated by the Department of the Attorney General if the victim is an address confidentiality program participant.

Permits sexual assault victims to designate an alternative person to receive requested information, with law enforcement directing communications to that designated recipient.

Requires victims providing written requests to supply their name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail address (or the designated recipient's information) for law enforcement to respond.

Clarifies that law enforcement agencies are not required to proactively communicate new or updated information unless the victim specifically requests it.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, contingent on Senate Bill No. 70 of the 100th Legislature being enacted into law.
