Requires peace officers to provide domestic violence victims with a written notice containing the responding agency name and telephone number, officer name and badge number, and information about legal rights and available resources.

Notice must inform victims of their right to obtain a copy of the police incident report and details about filing a personal protection order against an abuser, including restrictions on entering premises, assault, threats, child removal, stalking, firearm possession, and other conduct.

Requires notice to include information about emergency shelter, counseling services, and domestic violence resources available in the victim's area.

Upon implementation of the address confidentiality program by the attorney general, notice must also inform victims of their ability to apply for program certification to keep their new address confidential.

Requires law enforcement agencies to complete a standard domestic violence incident report containing victim and suspect information, incident details, injury descriptions, and prior domestic violence history, with copies filed to the prosecuting attorney within 48 hours.
