Appropriates $4,211,400 from state general fund to the Department of Health and Human Services for fiscal year ending September 30, 2020.

Allocates the entire appropriation to counties and tribal governments that receive child care fund reimbursements as an indirect cost allotment.

Distribution among counties and tribal governments follows the same proportion methodology used for indirect cost allotments under section 117a of the Social Welfare Act.

Total state spending from state sources is $4,211,400, all directed to local units of government.

Appropriations are subject to the Management and Budget Act, 1984 PA 431.
