• Replaces references to "department of community health" with "department of health and human services" throughout the statute.

• Changes reporting language from "through" to "to" when referring to grade ranges (K to 12) in immunization status reports to schools and health departments.

• Makes the department of health and human services' authority to promulgate rules subject to section 9227(3) of the Public Health Code (MCL 333.9227).
